Booking & Reservations

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, destination details, passenger count, luggage count, flight information when applicable, and contact information.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits, and balances are confirmed at the time of booking. We may accept major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payments. Pricing can vary by distance, time, vehicle type, waiting time, special requests, tolls, parking, stops, and service availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time unless a different cancellation window is stated in writing. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may result in cancellation charges up to the full booking amount.

Pickup, Waiting Time & Delays

Customers should be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be billed. For airport transfers, we may monitor flight information when provided, but customers should still notify us of changes, delays, terminal updates, or revised pickup instructions.

Vehicle Availability

We make every effort to provide the reserved vehicle class. If a specific vehicle is unavailable due to operational issues, safety requirements, maintenance, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, we may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle when possible.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs, vehicles, and property respectfully. Unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or abusive behavior may result in refusal or termination of service without refund. Customers may be responsible for cleaning fees, repair costs, or damage caused during service.

Liability

We aim to provide reliable and professional transportation, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, incorrect customer information, airline changes, mechanical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy
